Part 9 of my walk along the Staffordshire Way, we continue from Penkridge Bridge next to the Boat Inn on the Staffordshire and Worcestershire Canal. This is also the start point for my walk along the Staffordshire and Worcestershire Canal (Part 4). We continue along the towpath, continuing under the M6 Motorway and then leaving the canal near Teddesley, wehead through open countryside, fields and short sections of county lanes to the village of Bednall, then cross the A34 and head up to Cannock Chase, finishing this section at Glacier Boulder Car Park next to the Glacier Boulder on the edges of Cannock Chase.
