We are a Youth Track and Field Camp for athletes entering grades 3-8.
We introduce, instruct, and provide athletes the opportunity to
compete in a variety of Track and Field events such as:
55m, 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1600m
Long Jump, Discus, Shot Put, Javelin and Baton Relay.
On the final day of camp, we host an authentic, officially-scored
"Olympic Track Meet" in which our athletes get to compete on teams to showcase the skills they have acquired throughout the week.
With years of experience in coaching and competing, our team is well-equipped to provide differentiated instruction for varying abilities and ages to allow each athlete to experience success in any event in which they are competing.
"Coach Chris" has been a Spanish Teacher at Community Middle School in WW-P for 13 years. He has 5 years of experience as the CMS Track & Field Coach and he was the 2022 CMS Educator of the Year.
Coach Chris was an All-American, multi-sport athlete who has been running this fantastic camp in his hometown of Metuchen for 13 years. He is super excited to get the opportunity to contribute to WW-P's strong tradition of Track and Field excellence by inspiring the youth and growing the love of the sport.
I am Senior heading to Ithaca College in the Fall. I run cross country and both winter and spring track. My current favorite event is the 1600, but I also enjoy running any event from 800 and up…and yes that includes possibly doing steeple chase in college. I have led my team to multiple county championships as a captain and raced at New Balance Nationals multiple times.
Hi! My name is Mahima Bansal and I am the varsity captain of spring and winter track. I compete in the 400m dash, 4x400m relay, and triple jump. With my team, I have won 2 sectional championships and 2 conference championships while also being nominated as All-CVC for the 4x400m relay. Can’t wait to meet you all!
I'm going into my junior year of high school and my main events are the 400, the 200, and occasionally 400 hurdles. I also enjoy running in the 4x4 and this past year my team and I won 2 county championships and a sectional title!
I am a rising sophomore that runs Cross Country, Winter Track and Outdoor Track. My main event is the Mile, but I also run 800m and the 3200m. I placed 4th at Nationals in the mile last year, and as a relay, we medaled at the Meet of Champions in the 4x800 this spring.
