Wu Wei Meditation — Terms of Use

By downloading or using Wu Wei Meditation ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The App
Wu Wei Meditation is a meditation app that pairs you with AI-powered guides. The App is provided by Rus Workshop ("we," "us," "our").
2. Subscriptions
Wu Wei offers a free experience and an optional paid subscription called Wu Wei Pro.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Prices may vary by region and are displayed before purchase.
3. AI Features
Wu Wei Pro includes AI-powered guide conversations processed through third-party services (Anthropic). These conversations are not therapy, medical advice, or mental health treatment. The guides are fictional characters. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional.
4. Your Content
Any text you enter in the App (such as guide chat messages) is processed to generate responses and is not stored on our servers. Session data (meditation times, feelings, preferences) is stored locally on your device.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in Wu Wei Meditation is owned by Rus Workshop. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Wu Wei Meditation is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rus Workshop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
