Colonel Damon Brooks joined the Texas Department of Public Safety (TXDPS) in 1998 as a state trooper, quickly earning a reputation for his leadership and commitment to public service. After several years of distinguished service, he was promoted to Sergeant and led numerous successful operations across the state. In 2005, Brooks transitioned to the elite Texas Rangers, where his tactical expertise and deep knowledge of Texas law enforcement made him an indispensable asset. Over the years, he climbed the ranks within the Rangers, eventually being appointed Colonel, overseeing both TXDPS and Ranger operations with honor and dedication.
