About the Program

Looking for a way to increase your personal network and soft skills? The WTS KC Chapter is beginning a mentorship program that will focus on the non-technical skills of being a transportation professional. The topics include managing conflict, future-proofing your career, strengths/weaknesses analysis, and strategic planning to achieve your goals.

Applications for the 2026 Mentorship Program are now closed. The program will kick off in early 2026, and dates have been provided on the Events page to allow mentors and mentees to plan around them for the upcoming year.
