    • 5:35 - 5:55 PM Presentation of Program Details

    • 6:00 - 7:00 PM Speed Matching between Mentors/Mentees (5 minutes per pair)

• Before leaving, each participant will fill out a survey on the potential mentor/mentee pairings

February 17, 2026 (midday) – Program Kickoff/Pair Reveal/ Program: How To Handle Conflict When You Hate It

• An expectation of the program is for mentors and mentees to attend all in-person events. 

• Event planning has been thoughtful and robust for these events; please plan to arrive 5 minutes early so programming can start promptly on time.
