Q: Will WTNB Barnight still be happening at The Eagle (formerly known as Baton) after their construction is complete?
A: WTNB hopes that The Eagle (formerly known as Baton) will still welcome WTNB. WTNB is also expanding to additional venues on additional nights.
Q: Where will WTNB hold future Bar Nights?
A: Here are the results of the Alternate Venue Survey, which was given to those who attended the WTNB Barnight at Baton on August 8, 2025. This survey was given in anticipation of construction at Baton.

2. Dorothy 34 yes 5 no
3. Jackhammer 28 yes 8 no
4. Nobody’s Darling 27 yes 4 no
5. Whiskey Girl 21 yes 13 no

Q: What other venues are being considered? The Leather Archives & Museum, Chicago Rose, & LRA. WTNB recently received new suggestions to consider Skylark, Electric Funeral, and Bernice's and will reach out to them. Want to recommend a venue? Send WTNB a message. If you have contact info for the management, that's appreciated but not required.
Q: Given the fact that Touche included a racist and misogynistic puppet show during their event on November 2, 2022, and did not stop it or respond as they should have, why did WTNB advertise an IMSL / IMSBB titleholder event in May 2025 and also hold an event called "Resistance: A discussion on how to engage in self-care while still resisting oppression" at Touche in March 2025?
A: Touche engaged in an accountability process that included apologizing at a community meeting, via email, and in the news. Touche met with leaders from both Onyx and WTNB to discuss ways for Touche to repair the harm that was done. The Touche staff and management were professionally trained by Praxis Chicago in regard to racism, transgender people, and misogyny. Touche updated their advertising to reflect people of color and made a donation to The Brave Space Alliance.
Q: Does WTNB attend events at Touche, Cellblock, Whiskey Girl, etc...?
A: WTNB is an event, not an organization. As such, people are free to choose if they would like to attend events or not.
Q: Is it okay if not all WTNB people want to go to specific venues?
A: Absolutely. Any WTNB person who feels uncomfortable or who disagrees with any venue is still 100% welcome at WTNB events. There is no pressure to attend. Similarly, there is no pressure to "not" go to specific places or events.
