Atlas

Atlas (he/him/his) has been WTNB's most frequent bootblack since 2023 when life took Boi down some new paths.  Atlas is a young bootblack and aspiring Leather Daddy. Atlas starting researching LGBTQ+ leather history, bootblacking, and kink as soon as he gained access to the internet. He has been in the public scene since August 2022. Although he practices other kinks and is always learning, Leather is core to his kink identity. 


Boi

Boi has been WTNB's resident Bootblack since the early days. Boi is a bootblack, leather boy, and switch. Dedicated to the historical aspects but obsessed with the technical, Boi is a member of IML’s Team Shine and a proud member of the Windy City boys Troop. With Bear, their trusted stuffie as their co-pilot, Boi has shined at numerous events from Folsom Street Fair to Mid Atlantic Leather Weekend and beyond. Though life has taken Boi down some new paths, his contributions are not forgotten.


Leslie Anderson

Leslie Anderson supported WTNB in a variety of ways since the beginning, including blacking from time to time and providing valuable input. Leslie is a Master Bootblack of 30 years who has served as captain of International Mr. Leather's Team Shine since 2005. He was the first International Ms. Bootblack in 1999 and has been a resident Bootblack for the Chicago Eagle, Cell Block, and The Ranch. Leslie has also mentored a select group of bootblacks over the years, ensuring that this time honored tradition will continue.


Allison Boots

Allison Boots (she/her) is a queer, high femme, bootblack and Leather girl. She is San Francisco Bootblack 2019 and credits her bootblack lineage to her early mentors Scout (IMsBB2014) and Ms. V (IMsBB 2007).


Daisy Blu

Daisy has been bootblacking since 2017. They love all expressions of leather, but their favorite is getting to serve at the chair. 


Vivian

Vivian (they/them) is a femme bootblack based out of Chicago. They have over fifteen years of leather community experience including the founding San Francisco Bay area Bootlab in 2016 as a space for bootblacks to gather and find community. They are looking forward to bringing Bootlab to Chicago.


Liam 

Liam, also known as Pup Chopper (he/him/his) is a switch service Top who has been part of the Leather scene since 2010. Having entered the scene in South Florida he became part of W.O.L.F. (Women of Leather Florida.) He was a tally master for the 2012 International Pony Play Championships at Beyond Leather. He has always admired bootblacks from afar, dabbling in bootblacking a few times from the beginning. It wasn’t until 2018 that he really dove into the craft at home and for friends. Bootblacking allows him to show his admiration and appreciation for the community that guided him to be his authentic self.
