Weatherstone Governing Documents

Homeowner Associations (HOA) are typically formed and governed by a set of documents that includes, Articles of Incorporation, Declaration, By-Laws. The Board of Directors established Rules and Regulations and Polices that further define additional requirements of how the HOA will operate. 

In addition, all HOAs in the state of Minnesota are governed by a statute established by the Minnesota Legislature. Weatherstone Townhomes Association (WTA) is governed by Minnesota Statute CHAPTER 515B. MINNESOTA COMMON INTEREST OWNERSHIP ACT
