Here is K-2 take home journal that can be printed and sent home. There are 56 different prompts, so pick and choose. Remember you only need two weeks worth, or ten prompts. You might add a few extra so students can choose, but there is no need to send them all home. There are also pages that are all lines that can be copied on the back of each prompt if your students are prolific writers and need more lines to write on. There are also blank journal templates. You can pick and choose which are best for your individual students.
Here you'll find a Draw and Label Take Home Journal for your Newcomers and early learners.
