filled with writings of past, present, and future.
we have created this website
in order to showcase our past works for
the multimedia project in our writing program,
but not only that—
in the effort
to share our written pieces with the people
beyond the program,
to present what we have crafted and
hopefully, in that way, enrich our readers to
learn to love, live, and grow with writing.

Writing My World: Window Into Our Lives is a small multimedia project in which we've selected three pieces we've written and two books that have been significant in our lives. We knew that we wanted to do this project together, and came to the decision to create something that was reflective and self-referential. We've spent a lot of time discussing books we've loved and examining the way writing evolves, so it felt natural to bring those two together. In delving into the works of others and our own pieces, we hope to showcase and explore the closely interconnected relationship between what we read and what we write.
