Previous sections of Writing I and Honors English II have created the "Disability Heritage: From the Medieval to the Local" exhibition for Cultural Heritage through Image. We have explored the exhibition in class. Now you are going to review this exhibition!
1) Explore the exhibition further.
2) Examine artifacts in all of the thematic sections.
3) Read through the Exhibition Guide (we have read some of the essays already).
4) Think about what you find interesting or useful, especially in light of readings and what you have learned up to this point in the class.
5) Then write a review. These reviews may get shared with your fellow Fitchburg State University students and community members. Think about (you do NOT have to address all of these - they are just questions to get you started):
Why should they explore the exhibition?
Is the exhibition useful for the disability community?
What will people learn?
Do you have any criticisms?Â
Note: DO NOT try to cover every single topic or idea that comes to mind. Focus in your review on a specific idea.
