About the book

In the book Wrinkle in time Meg and Charles are fairly normal. First Ms. Whatsit visits the Murrys During a storm. Then They go to a run down house and meet Ms. Who. Then the kids are taken (Calvin too.) They go to a planet called Uriel and explore a little. Ms. Whatsit takes them VERY high up and shows them the black thing. They then go to meet The Happy Medium. She gives some insight about their enemy. They learn to go to Camatoz and that they must be weary of The Black Thing.

They get dropped off by the 3 Misses. They go through the city of Camazotz and see kids bouncing balls and skipping rope perfectly in sync. A kid messes up and gets pulled inside (we later find something bad happens to him) They go to CENTRAL central Intelligence. They meet the man with red eyes and only he can brainwash Charles because he opened himself up.

They save Meg's dad and find IT. They tesser away and Meg is paralyzed. She is saved by the beasts. Aunt Beast takes care of them and they make plans to fight IT. Then the Misses come back. They prepare her to go to IT and she does. She goes and finds IT, and saves Charles from IT, then they leave for their home.

They get back and get together with everyone else.
