That's great! The format might be unfamiliar to you but the process of joining is pretty simple. Wrath of the Sun takes place on our discord so be sure to join the server.

First: Make an original character!

Then: Make a short introduction to their story (an audition). Your character should arrive in Tasucan either ending at the Sea of the Damned or the Central Temple

Make sure to post these in their respective discord channels before the deadline to be counted!

If you are on the roster:

1. Each round, you will be paired with an opponent and their original character! 

2. You'll be given a choice in locations where the round must be set along with optional prompts about the condition of these lands.

3. You have to continue your character's story with your opponent's character as a supporting character. 

• They could be an ally, adversary or enemy! It all depends on the story you want to make with these characters.

4. Once you're done, post your round entry in the respective discord channel before the deadline! 

So long as you submit a valid entry and follow server rules, you can continue competing in the main roster bracket!

Wrath of the Sun's lore can be boiled down as such: 

• There was once a prosperous civilisation called Tasucan that worshipped the sun. 

• Then one day, the sun vanished, leaving a void called the Dark Sun

• Monsters, evil and eternal night then plagued the land - the only way to stop the Dark Sun's reign is with Sun Crystals which can purify the Sun and maybe things will turn out for the better...or worse!

• Sun Crystals' power can be used selfishly or selflessly, or maybe you just want to destroy them! 

• You will help decide the fate of this land with your actions

• Everything else is just extra narrative sauce made by us and the community! We encourage you to develop the story you want to tell, with the world of Tasucan as your sandbox.

Not everyone will have the time or energy to be part of the main roster and that's totally okay!

• Hanging out on the discord

• Reading and commenting on people's stories

• Fan-art and memes

• Making Spectator Entries (Making a story in Wrath of the Sun's world which aren't part of the main tournament bracket)

• Adding to the worldbuilding resources by making NPCs, locations or other concepts!
