Your service does not end when you come home. And neither does our obligation to serve you.

Veterans across the Southern Tier — Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard, and Space Force — are a priority population in everything we do. The decision to accelerate this initiative came directly from field intelligence: after conversations with community partners who communicated the urgency and gravity of the situation, we made the decision to step forward now rather than wait.

What we have found is consistent with what the data already shows — veterans in rural areas face compounding barriers: distance from VA facilities, lack of reliable transportation, limited awareness of available services, and the invisible weight of transition from service to civilian life. Missed medical appointments are not a minor inconvenience. They are a health crisis. They are a dignity crisis. And in some cases, they are a matter of survival.

WPM's AI-assisted transportation coordination is built to ensure no appointment is missed, no treatment is delayed, and no veteran is left behind — regardless of where they live. Our system transmits patient information to receiving facilities ahead of arrival, meaning care begins before the vehicle stops.
