WPM Systems LLC is an AI-assisted medical transportation and logistics company based in Owego, New York, serving Tioga, Broome, and Cortland Counties across the Southern Tier of New York.

We exist to close the rural healthcare access gap — not in theory, but in practice, one person at a time.

Our founder was rooted in Broome County. Our sense of responsibility is not abstract. We are neighbors. We see the gaps. And we have built a system specifically designed to address them.

Our founder's background is in science and engineering — which means our approach to serving this community is the same as our approach to building systems: observe real conditions, document what's actually happening, and build solutions grounded in evidence, not assumptions.

Who We Serve

Veterans across the Southern Tier face compounding barriers to healthcare — distance from VA facilities, lack of reliable transportation, and the invisible weight of transitioning from service to civilian life. WPM's AI-assisted coordination ensures no appointment is missed and no veteran is left behind, regardless of where they live.

For autistic individuals and neurodiverse families, routine is a clinical need — not a preference. WPM is developing transportation protocols built around sensory awareness, communication flexibility, and structured consistency, so that every ride reflects the same standard of care, every time.
