About Learn to Sail
Learn to Sail is an introductory course that covers the basics of sailing, including safety, terminology, sail trim, and boat handling. The class meets twice a week, once at Webster Lake for practice, and once on campus for a chalk talk during A Term. Learn to sail starts out on Sunfish and moves to sailing 420s with race team. No equipment is required, and the course can count towards PE credit.
