We are very lucky to have secured 3 venues that will provide us with both indoor and outdoor options. We will all be able to gather in whatever way makes us comfortable.

Thursday night - Hannibal’s 6:30-8:30

Hannibal’s has agreed to let us have their entire bar area as a Private Party during those hours. In addition, through your donations, we will also be able to block off the street adjacent to their building. They will set up a bar and seating areas outside. Drinks will be on your own, and with continued donations, we are hoping to be able to offer some nibbles and music as well. There is no dress code for this event, wear whatever you would normally wear for a night out. When you’re ready for dinner, you can dine right at Hannibal’s/Chez Vincent, or there are a number of choices within walking distance, as well as those restaurants on Park Avenue, which is also walking distance.

Friday night - Interlachen Country Club 6:30-11:00

The Friday night Main Event will be both inside and outside. The evening will begin outside on the very large event patio overlooking the golf course. There will be live music and passed hors d’oeuvres, as well as plenty of seating under the covered verandas. Once the buffet opens, it will consist of multiple stations featuring a variety of delicious cuisine. There will be seating both inside and out, with appropriate spacing. A band will be playing inside featuring music from our day, and a dance floor for those who want to show off their moves! Attire is dressy casual - coats and ties are not required. Just no shorts, flip flops, or jeans please, per the Club dress code.

Saturday morning - The Marketplace, Rollins College 9:00 am

We will gather at 9:00 am for the Breakfast Buffet. There is seating both inside and outside. The cost of the buffet is $10.50. No dress code requirements. There will still be students on campus, as their Thanksgiving break doesn’t start until the following Wednesday. Most of them will probably be sleeping in!

Donations Accepted!

Your donations go to help offset the extra expenses so that the committee members don’t bear the brunt of them. We are all so appreciative of your generosity.
