Community Home Visit & Club Thanksgiving

STEP 2: Download / Print / Sign Permission Slip Form and turn it in to Club Administration at least 1 week prior to the event. Hard copies are available at club meetings.

Time: 2:00 pm- 7:00 pm

Location 1: Chatsworth Assisted Living Community at PGA National 347 Hiatt Dr, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418 

Location 2: 6300 Summit Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33415

Cost: Free

Event Schedule

2:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Visit to Chatsworth Assisted Living Community

• Dress Code: Please wear your Class A uniform for the visit to the nursing home.

• Meet at Chatsworth Nursing Home to spend time with the veterans.

• Engage in activities such as singing, sharing stories, and showing appreciation to the veterans for their service.

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Travel to Church

• Depart from Chatsworth Assisted Living Community and head to the church at 6300 Summit Blvd.

• Dress Code Change: Upon arrival or at the church, you can change into comfortable clothes (casual wear).

5:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Club Thanksgiving at the Church

• Join us for a Club Thanksgiving celebration!

• Enjoy fellowship with Pathfinders, Adventurers, and their families.

• Bring your best dish to share and enjoy a potluck-style meal.
