Mingtong received UC Civil Department PhD scholarship. She studied Power Flow Analysis used in power system operation and planning during her undergraduate studies. She was recommended for postgraduate study on electricity to gas and energy storage. She has experience on modelling of energy system with multiple coupling equipment considering economic and environmental benefits. Mingtong has won a lot of scholar ships and prizes in contests including Most Popular Academic Works Award in CCDC 2021. Mingtong's PhD study will focus on Short- and long-term thermal energy storage of solar energy for space heating.

Wang is also good at computational fluid dynamics and programming with Python. Wang is passionate on long-term thermal energy storage that is essential to increase the share of renewable energy in the building sector. Wang is also passionate on sustainable building design. Bohan's PhD study will focus on seasonal thermal energy storage.

Mercy Mariam
She earned her associate degree from Nashville State Community College in electrical engineering. She was pursuing a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering at Tennesse State University. She is currently the acting president for ASHARE student chapter, and she is also a member of NSLS, by completing advanced leadership training. She is currently participating in the 42nd annual TSU wide research symposium. In her research, she is analyzing the application of a geothermal heat pump. She was a part of the robotics club at Antioch high school. After graduation, Mihiret plans to continue her education to become a Biomedical Engineer. Other than academic plan, Mihiret plans to start an organization that encourages girls to join STEM and she will work with elementary and middle school kids.
Mercy is now a PhD student at Tennessee State University.

Amairanny Espinosa is a current student in Tennessee State University, studying for Mechanical Engineering. Amairanny was born in Brooklyn, New York and lived there for 13 years. Amairanny works as a part time leasing consultant at Summerfield Place Apartments.

Saly Elsols is an undergraduate student majoring in architectural engineering at Tennessee State University. Saly is interested in architectural engineering and design of self-sufficient and eco-friendly building structures. Saly aspires to be a creative and progressive engineer and designer.

Zilan Jalal
Zilan Jalal is a junior student in Architecture Engineering department at Tennessee State University .Before attending TSU, Zilan Jalal was enrolled in Salahaddin University and studied Architecture engineering there from 2016 to 2018. She transferred to TSU in 2018. She is also a member in National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS).
Zilan is now working in the Architecture Team of Earl Swensson Associates, Nashville.
