We are hiring up to two PhD students to work on developing decision-support tools related to sustainable development. Applicants can apply to the research group by completing the online application form.

PhD Requirements

International students admitted to the PhD program will hold a two-year master's degree and demonstrate superior academic standing. Specific minimum admission requirements for graduates from different countries are listed in the International Student Evaluation Manual. Strong English language skills are also essential for successful graduate studies (evidenced by a recommended overall IELTS score of 7.5 and an absolute minimum of 6.5).

MASc Requirements

International students admitted to the MASc degree must possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related area, with a minimum GPA of B+ (76–79%). Please consult the International Student Evaluation Manual for the equivalent GPA required for the country where you achieved your bachelor's degree. Strong English language skills are also essential for successful graduate studies (evidenced by a recommended overall IELTS score of 7.5 and an absolute minimum of 6.5).
