Every guest is requested to observe and comply with the following regulations established by W Osaka to maintain the quality of the hotel and to ensure that hotel guests have a pleasant and safe stay in accordance with Article Ⅸ of the terms and conditions for accommodation contracts. If a guest does not comply with the house regulations, W Osaka may choose not to permit further use by the guest of the guest’s hotel room and other hotel facilities pursuant to section 1 of Article Ⅴ of said terms and conditions. W Osaka will not be liable to any guest or other person for any damage caused by his/her failure to comply with the house regulations.
Please do not smoke in any other place where smoking presents a fire hazard.
Please refrain from doing any act which is likely to cause a fire and from using any heat-generating articles such as heating apparatuses or cooking appliances in guest rooms.
Please do not bring onto the premises of the hotel any of the following as they disturb or endanger other guests:
(1) Animals or birds of any kind (with the exception of dogs).
(2) Gunpowder, oils or other explosives or inflammables.
(3) Objects emitting a foul odor.
(4) Objects of an unusually large size or in unusually large quantities.
(5) Unregistered firearms or swords or drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of Japan.
Please present your driver’s license or other identification to verify your identity when using the room. We will ask for a photocopy upon arrival.
Please refrain from inviting outside visitors to your guest room after 10PM.
Please refrain from using your room for purposes other than lodging.
Please use the safety deposit boxes for money and valuables; they are available free of charge at the welcome desk. W Osaka will not be liable for the loss or theft of valuables in any other area.
Please show your room key or guest card when you sign for any bills in the hotel’s restaurant, bars or other facilities.
Neither guest rooms or the lobby shall be utilized as office space.
Gambling or other acts which are contrary to good morals or which cause annoyance to others are strictly prohibited.
Rules regarding equipment and fixtures on the premises are as follows:
(1) Please refrain from using equipment and fixtures for purposes other than those intended.
(2) Please do not take equipment or fixtures out of the hotel.
(3) Removal or alteration of equipment of fixtures in prohibited.
If the guest intentionally or negligently defaces, damages, or loses equipment or fixtures inside or outside the facility, or if the facility requires special cleaning, the guest may be required to compensate for such damage.
We are not responsible for any problems between guests in the facility.
Dress codes apply in certain areas of the hotel and the guest may be asked to adjust or change their clothing by the hotel staff.
Please refrain from wearing pajamas, bathrobes, or slippers outside of your room unless you are using the 4F SPA or WET.
While staying at the hotel, the welcome desk cashier can request that the guest pay for any uncovered charges that the hotel deems necessary.
“Only minors” stays are not allowed without parental permission.
Please note that exposing photos taken in the hotel for business purposes may be subject to legal action.
Please refrain from photographing other guests or hotel employees without permission, in order to protect their portrait rights and privacy.
Please do not distribute advertising materials, post signs, or sell goods without the permission of the hotel.
Please note that we may ask you to change your room due to hotel interior construction or other reasons.
There is a maximum voltage limit in the guestroom. Please refrain from using high-voltage electrical equipment.
For safety management and facility maintenance, hotel staff conducts routine inspections. Even if you have indicated your intention to "Do Not Disturb", we may contact your room by phone as necessary. If there is no response, or in the event of an emergency, we may have no choice but to enter the room and conduct an inspection.
