Spinning the Beatles songbook, a new way, this talented trio serves up Fab Four material a la Texas Boogie, Chicago Shuffle, New Orleans Funk and a whole lot more.

Beatles in Blue brings you a blues reworking of Beatle classics that showcases slide guitar, blues harp, piano, soulful vocals, and a powerhouse rhythm section. Imagine “Birthday” done by ZZ Top, “Can’t Buy Me Love” by Bo Diddley, and “Ticket To Ride” by The Black Keys.

Marque Smith studied classical piano at The Royal Conservatory of Music and jazz piano at Humber College. Marque is well-known in London as a jazz pianist and vocalist, entertaining solo at local dining establishments (Idlewyld Inn, Ironwood Kitchen & Bar, London Wine Bar, Michael's on the Thames), and with friends at FCLMA events, Pride London celebrations, Jazz by the Bog, Sunday Jazz in Market Lane, and many other public and private events.

Joining Marque this year are his friends Bruce Reid (sax), Jim Smythe (bass), and Rob Larose (drums).

The Homecookin' Dixieland Band is just what everyone thinks of when they imagine a traditional sounding Dixieland group with all the style and pizazz that makes that style of music popular. Perfect for events where the band has to be able to stroll about and generate excitement for all ages, this group creates a mood that motivates foot tapping and smiles.

The Home Cookin’ Dixieland band was formed more than 25 years ago. The band has performed at many corporate and private events in London, Kitchener, Hamilton and Toronto.

Chris Murphy & Mardi Gras Mambo

Chris Murphy & Mardi Gras Mambo from London, Ontario specialize in the music of New Orleans.  The band is led by Chris Murphy on saxophone, clarinet and vocals.  Over the past eight years they have developed a loyal fan base, performing at music festivals, special events, concerts, theatres, clubs and second line celebrations.

Based out of London, Ontario, The Joel Dupuis Band is an electrifying three-piece band that gives an energetic performance, and a straight shot of pure, no-filler, rocking blues in the form of soulful originals as well as an original take on old favourites.

At just 20 years of age, Joel Dupuis has played all over the London music scene as well as playing shows and festivals in Toronto, Kincardine, Windsor and everywhere in between. He has shared the stage with the likes of Scott Holt (current lead singer and guitarist of Foghat), Richard Thorton (saxophonist for Jack DeKeyzer), JW-Jones (Billboard Top 10 Blues Artist, 2020 IBC Winner, and JUNO Nominee) and is currently studying guitar under the guidance of the incomparable, Pat Harrington (Victor Wainwright and the Train).
