Stage Map schedules will also be posted at each stage and at the Information Tent.

The tent stages are less than a block apart. You will be able to hear great music wherever you are! Wander from band to band to hear them all.

Vehicles will not be allowed parking or access after 12 noon on Sunday in the business section (Elmwood to Askin) of Wortley Road. Wortley Road is CLOSED.

Please park legally, safely, and considerately on one of the many side streets just a short walk from the Village centre. 

If you must drive, please consider carpooling with friends, or being dropped off close to the Village.

Please also consider these other alternatives to driving:

• WALK - If you live nearby, leave the car at home. Wortley Village is only a 20 minute walk from Downtown London!

• BIKE - There are many bike racks in the Village!

• BUS - LTC Route 15 runs right through the heart of the Festival! Stops at Elmwood at Wortley, Bruce at Wortley. LTC Route 4 stops on Ridout, just a block or so from Wortley Rd.

But we also need YOUR help to make sure there is a Festival next year! Please consider buying a T-shirt, or making a cash donation at the Information Tent or directly to our volunteers with official buckets! You will be given a sticker to show you supported.

IF YOU DON'T HAVE CASH... Tuckey Home Hardware has made it possible to donate by DEBIT on Festival Day only!

Please note: TD Bank ATM (back of the building) is OPEN if you forget to come to the Village with cash on hand.

• SUNSCREEN, and dress for the weather

• UMBRELLA, in case of a passing shower

• LAWN CHAIR, unless you plan to dance all afternoon!

• WATER BOTTLE (or purchase refreshments at our local restaurant sponsors, the Lion's Club BBQ tent, or from Tremblett's Independent Grocer!)

• CASH, for donations or purchases. ATM at TD (Wortley at Elmwood).

• A GREAT ATTITUDE! Show your appreciation with applause and a big smile! Please remember the Festival is run by volunteers.

We have always been an outdoor street festival. Unfortunately that means we are at the mercy of the weather. 

We try to keep the music playing when safe for the musicians and their equipment. Please dress for the weather and come prepared with an umbrella for any light, passing showers.

If thunderstorms are imminent, we are obligated to shut down the entertainment for the safety of all.
