Link for downloading E-Certificates will be shared after conference for all eligible Speakers/Presenters/Panelists after successful presentations in or after conference or within 1 month of completion of conference.


E-Certificates shall be shared after conference for all eligible Speakers/Presenters/Panelists to their respective registered email address  in or after conference or within 1 month of completion of conference.


All Speakers/Presenters/Panelists are requested to fill and submit your feedback form to receive your presentation certificate. Fill the feedback form only once with all links and details. Incomplete & Invalid forms are not accepted and considered for e-certificate.

Kindly Note : Those who have completed  formalities after prescribed time, they have been issued certificates to their email address upon fulfillment of eligibility criteria and completion of formalities as mentioned and are not updated here,

Common Mistakes/Concerns


All the participants are requested to follow instructions carefully and understand them carefully for registration, presentations, participation, feedback and to download your certificates from website as specified after 15 working days.


It's all systematic, If we understand and follow instructions carefully. It's very simple.


For Speakers/Presenters/Panelists - Presentation & Participation E-Certificate

1. Register & Complete registration formalities, as specified, if any, applicable for speakers/presenters/panelists

2. Present & Participate/Attend all sessions (Presentation & attendance mandatory as per eligibility)

3. Provide Feedback for individual sessions and overall feedback as required.

4. Visit website and respective webpage(date),

5. Organisers shall share your presentation and participation e-certificate through WhatsApp, as applicable or Download your presentation and participation e-certificate from Google drive link available on the website as applicable.


For Participants - Participation E-Certificate

1. Register 

2. Participate/Attend all sessions (attendance mandatory as per eligibility)

3. Provide Feedback for individual sessions and overall feedback as required.

4. Visit website and respective webpage(date)

5. Download your participation e-certificate from Google drive link available on the website.


Note : The total number of participants attending are many times more than e-certificates issued, as some of them are not completing formalities, not attending all sessions, or not opting for Certificates in Registration/Feedback Forms.


Kindly Note : Sometimes there may be delay, due to holidays, non-completion of formalities by all speakers/presenters/panelists/participants due to last minute registration and approvals,as all e-certificates are issued at once, whoever follows instructions and completes all the formalities within specified time.


99%  of any such rare cases we observed are because of 

- Not reading instructions, 

- Not understanding them properly,

- Not following them, 

- Not registering for event 

- Not attending event

- Not attending all sessions as required.

- Not providing feedback for individual sessions and/or overall feedback as applicable 

- Filling the feedback forms without registration

- Filling the feedback form without attending/participation

- Filling the feedback form without registration and attending/participation 

- Incomplete / Inadequate / Invalid Data in Registration/Feedback forms

- Not providing/using same Name in Registration, Zoom/YouTube/Online Platform & Feedback Forms

- Not using the your name in Zoom/YouTube/Platform as your profile/participant name as per registration & as required on certificate.

- Not looking for the right place/page on the website

- Not waiting for the minimum period of 15 working days (excluding holidays).

- Not completing in prescribed time, all formalities, as all certificates are generated at once and only once.

- Contacting without adequate introduction and details for the concerns.


Feedback (Mandatory) :

- Feedback is taken through Polls in Zoom Platform for each session and overall feedback as applicable.

- Feedback Form Link, if any, shall be shared only in Chat Box in Webinar/Conference Platform as applicable.

- Feedback Forms or Links shall not be shared anywhere else other than in Webinar/Conference Platform.


Because of these things, in the process, both of us, presenters/participants and organizers lose valuable time and resources, in verification, timely generation and delay in certificates.
