World Champions of both the Ladies and Men's events recieve five items to commemorate the Championship. The top three finishers receive their placement medal and a commemorative Tiffany award. In addition, the first place finishers recieve an antique tophy blade, a jeweled tiara or crown, and jeweled corsage.
World Champions are awarded a unique antique skate blade mounted on a block with the year of the Championship. 40 pairs of these blades were donated by the Silbernagel family. See Trophy Blades page for pictures of these unique antique blades.
World Champions are crowned with a jewled tiara for the ladies and a jeweled crown for the men. Each tiara and crown is donated by World Art.
World Champions are granted the regalia of a purple sash and a jeweled flower corsage with hanging amethyst stones. Purple signifying royalty and champions. Each corsage is donated by World art.
Each of the top three finishers are awarded a signature Tiffany piece that is different each year. The commemorative Tiffany awards are donated by Alice and Nancy Armstrong.
World Champion Tropies
These sterling silver trophies from England were used during the 2015 and 2016 World Championships. The trophy cup and cover are hallmarked for Birmingham 1925 with the makers mark of Alexander Clark.
