World Figure Sport's Richard Dwyer "Spirit of Skating" Award is granted to any individual or individuals who positively further World Figure Sport’s mission by expressing congeniality, dedication, outreach, promotion, and development of "The Art of Skating."

This award was made possible by a contribution to the World Figure Sport Society from Mr. Richard Stansberry.
