About the Programme
About the Programme
In the contemporary academic and research environment, the quality, relevance, and ethical soundness of research have become critical determinants of academic excellence and societal impact. Rapid advancements in research tools, analytical techniques, interdisciplinary approaches, and digital resources demand continuous capacity building among faculty members, research scholars, and early-career researchers.
Moreover, increasing emphasis by regulatory bodies such as UGC, ICSSR, NAAC, and funding agencies on research integrity, publication quality, and measurable outcomes necessitates structured training in research methodology, ethical practices, and scholarly writing. Many researchers face challenges in identifying research gaps, adopting appropriate methodologies, analysing data rigorously, and publishing in high-impact journals.
In this context, the proposed One-Week National Workshop aims to strengthen research capacity by providing comprehensive theoretical insights and hands-on training in contemporary and innovative research methodologies, ethical research practices, and effective scholarly writing.
