The hotel is directly across Nassau Street from Princeton University. The meeting & meal space will be on the 2nd floor in the Palmer & John Witherspoon Room. An additional breakout space will be the Albert Einstein Room.
Traveling to Princeton
Princeton is located between New York and Philadelphia, and is easy to reach by public transportation or by car (one hour drive).
The closest and most conveniently accessed international airport is Newark Liberty International.
The University is accessible by train, which runs along the Northeast Corridor line and also stops at the Newark airport. Both Amtrak and NJ TRANSIT trains stop at Princeton Junction. Travelers can then transfer to a single-car train operated by NJ TRANSIT, known locally as the "Dinky," for the five-minute ride to Princeton Station. The station is located on Alexander Street at the southern end of campus. The Nassau Inn is 0.7 mile (15 minute) walk from the Princeton (Dinky) station.
Parking is limited. Hourly street parking is available. Daily parking (fee) is available adjacent to the hotel at the Hulfish Parking Garage, 7 Hulfish St, Princeton, NJ 08542.

Room Block
The group’s arrival date is: Sunday, November 10, 2019, and the group’s departure date is: November 12, 2019.
The group room block will be held until October 10, 2019. All guest rooms will be held until this date. Any rooms not reserved and guaranteed by this date will be returned to the hotel’s inventory for sale. Your group is noted in our system as: November NSF Cloud Workshop - this name is used for identification of the group, and will also be the way any banquet events or meetings are indicated on the hotel’s reader boards.
Making your reservation
Book your own reservation by either of the following two methods: by calling the hotel Reservation Department at 1-800 (862)-7728 and using the Booking ID 25184 or through the hotel website .
If using the website, the individual guest will need to click on “the “GROUPS” tab, and when asked for their “ATTENDEE CODE”, they must enter their Booking ID, which is 25184. Once they select their dates, all of the group information will be displayed.
The standard room rate under this workshop block reservation is $155.00 (plus taxes, etc). You will need a method of payment to secure a reservation. Individuals are required to provide a credit card upon arrival for any and all charges that are not paid by the Company. Also please note that the guests will need to provide picture identification upon check in.
