Workout Sets & Rest Timer · Last updated September 20, 2026
Workout Sets & Rest Timer is an Apple Watch app that counts sets, times rest periods, and displays heart rate with your permission.
The app remembers your preferred set count and rest duration on your device. During a session, it processes heart-rate readings and session statistics locally. It does not send these readings or settings to the developer or third-party services.
With your permission, the app uses HealthKit to display heart rate during a strength-training workout session. It requests workout access to support this session. The app discards the workout rather than saving it to Apple Health. You can manage or revoke Health permissions in Apple’s Health and privacy settings.
The app does not require an account and does not include advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking SDKs. The developer does not collect personal data through the app.
Your preferred set count and rest duration stay in local app storage for next time. The app does not maintain a saved workout history. You can remove the app and its local data through your device’s app-management controls. There is no developer-held copy of your workout or heart-rate data to delete.
If you email support, your email address and the information you choose to send are used to respond to your request. Support messages are handled through Gmail and retained only as needed to address your request and related follow-up. You may request deletion of support correspondence. Please do not send health readings or other sensitive personal information.
Apple operates the App Store, HealthKit, and device services under its own privacy practices. This support website is hosted by Google Sites, and support email is handled by Gmail. Google may process website or email service information under its own privacy policy. This website does not add advertising or analytics tools.
For privacy questions or requests, email workoutsets.support@gmail.com.
Updates to this policy will be posted here when the app’s privacy practices change.
