Welcome to WorkNova! By downloading, accessing, or using the WorkNova mobile application and its associated web services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using WorkNova, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

WorkNova is a workflow management and order tracking application designed to help users log incoming orders, generate invoices, and receive automated deadline reminders.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

WorkNova offers premium features accessible via an auto-renewing subscription or activation fee.

• Billing: Payments are processed securely via your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at the confirmation of purchase.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Cancellations: You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store or Play Store Account Settings after purchase. WorkNova cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

• Refunds: All payments are handled by Apple and Google. Any refund requests must be directed to the respective platform's customer support.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You agree to only input accurate business data and respect the privacy of the clients whose orders you log into the system.

• You may not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright and privacy laws).

5. Referral Program

WorkNova may offer a referral program granting discounts. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or revoke discounts if we detect fraudulent activity, self-referrals, or abuse of the referral system.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to ensure WorkNova is always available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

WorkNova is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall WorkNova, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, business, or profits) arising out of your use or inability to use the application.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. You may also terminate your agreement with us by utilizing the "Delete Account" feature in the app settings, which will permanently erase your data.
