1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading and using WorkNova ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service WorkNova is a business management tool designed to help users track orders, generate invoices, and manage finances. The App is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including storing illicit data or generating fraudulent invoices.

4. Subscriptions and Payments WorkNova offers premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions managed by Google Play Billing (via RevenueCat).

• Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Google Play Account settings.

5. Limitation of Liability WorkNova is designed to assist with business management but does not replace professional accounting or legal advice. We are not liable for any financial losses, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from the use of the App.

6. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account from the Settings menu.

7. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
