Welcome to WorkNova. Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and related web services.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide to Us

• Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address, name, and phone number to create your profile.

• Business Data: If provided, we store business-related information such as GST numbers, client details, and order notes to facilitate your workflow.

• Payment Information: All subscription payments are processed securely by Google Play Store or Apple App Store via RevenueCat. We do not directly collect or store your credit card details.

B. Device and Usage Information

• Push Notifications: We collect Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to send you important order deadlines and updates.

• Permissions:

  • Photos/Storage: We request access to your device's storage solely to allow you to upload profile pictures or generate/save PDF invoices.

  • Camera: We request camera access solely so you can take a profile picture.

Note: WorkNova does not track your GPS location, nor do we collect Advertising Identifiers (IDFA/AAID) for targeted marketing.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data exclusively to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the WorkNova service.

• Send you critical, silent notifications regarding order deadlines and new web orders.

• Sync your workflow data securely across your devices.

• Verify your active premium subscriptions via RevenueCat.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We employ trusted third-party companies to facilitate our service:

• Google Firebase: Used for secure user authentication, real-time database hosting, and push notifications.

• RevenueCat: Used strictly for managing and validating your premium subscription status.

These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. We do not sell your data to anyone.

4. Data Security

Your data is securely stored in Firebase Firestore databases with strict security rules. Only your authenticated account can read or write to your personal workflow data.

5. Account Deletion & Data Retention

You have full control over your data. You can delete your account at any time by navigating to Settings -> Delete Account within the app. Upon triggering this action, our servers will immediately and permanently wipe your profile, all associated order data, and your authentication record from our systems.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
