By accessing or using Workio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app immediately. 

2. User Responsibilities

Users must:
1.  Provide accurate and truthful information on their profile.
2.  Communicate respectfully with others.
3.  Avoid engaging in fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activities.

Users must not:
1. Impersonate others or create fake profiles.
2. Use Workio for illegal or unethical purposes.
3. Misrepresent skills, qualifications, or services.

3. Workio’s Role

Workio serves only as a directory platform for professionals and service providers.
1. No verification – Workio does not verify user profiles or qualifications.
2. No job guarantees – Workio does not facilitate payments, employment, or contracts.
3. Users are responsible – Any agreements, transactions, or disputes are solely between users.

                     Always verify users and exercise caution before entering into agreements.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

1. Creating fake profiles, impersonating others, or spreading false information.

2. Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against others.

3. Sending spam messages or irrelevant promotions.

4. Sharing misleading job offers or scams. 

5. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that:
i. Violate these terms
ii. Engage in fraudulent activities
iii. Are reported for misconduct

Users whose accounts are suspended may contact support for inquiries but are not guaranteed reinstatement. 

6. Liability Disclaimer

Workio is not responsible for:

• Deals or agreements between users

• Financial losses due to scams or fraud

• User behavior on the platform

Use Workio at your own risk. We strongly encourage users to verify information and act cautiously when engaging with others. 

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Continued use of Workio after updates means you accept the changes. It is the user’s responsibility to check for updates periodically.
