Welcome to **WordTrails**! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the mobile application and web application **WordTrails** (the "Service"), developed and operated by the WordTrails Team ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing WordTrails, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use or access the Service.

## 1. Eligibility & Acceptance
WordTrails is intended for players of all ages. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must review these Terms with your parent or guardian to ensure you understand and agree to them.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

* You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

## 2. User Accounts & Cloud Synchronization
* **Account Creation:** You may access WordTrails as a Guest or by creating an account using Google Sign-In or Email/Password Authentication.
* **Account Responsibility:** You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
* **Cloud Backup:** In-game progress, Coins, POIN, and unlocked Badges are synced to Cloud Firestore when signed in. We are not liable for data loss occurring due to guest play without cloud backup or unauthorized account access.

## 3. Virtual Currency & In-App Purchases (IAP)
* **Virtual Items:** WordTrails offers virtual currency ("Coins") and special digital entitlements (such as the "Ads Free + 1,000 Coins" package).
* **No Real-Money Value:** Virtual Coins, POIN, and Badges have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for legal currency, and do not constitute personal property.
* **Purchases & Billing:** Purchases made through the Service are processed via Google Play Store or authorized payment gateways. Prices (e.g., $1.5, $3.0, $5.0) are listed in USD or local currency equivalent.
* **Refund Policy:** All virtual item sales are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly required by Google Play Store refund policies or applicable law.

## 4. Referral Rewards & Fair Use
* **Referral Scheme:** Inviting users grants 75 Coins to the inviter and 35 Coins to the new user upon valid code redemption.
* **Fair Play:** Creating fake accounts, using automated scripts, or manipulating referral codes to generate unauthorized coins is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to forfeit Coins and suspend accounts violating fair play rules.

## 5. Advertisements & Ads Free Package
* **In-App Advertisements:** The Service displays Banner Ads, Native Ads, Interstitial Ads, and Rewarded Video Ads provided by Google AdMob.
* **Ads Free Guarantee:** Purchasing the "Ads Free" package permanently removes Banner Ads, Native Ads, and Interstitial Ads from your account. Rewarded Video Ads remain optional for earning bonus coins.

## 6. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials within WordTrails—including text, graphics, logos, 3D artwork, puzzle databases, game mechanics, audio, and software—are the exclusive property of WordTrails / Pixelatte Design and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play WordTrails for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

## 7. Prohibited Conduct
When using WordTrails, you agree NOT to:
* Use cheats, bots, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software to modify game state or coin balances.
* Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
* Use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate display names/nicknames.
* Disrupt or interfere with the security or performance of our cloud servers and services.
