Camp families must use the right side of the carline
The Impact Academy's parents will park on the left side and enter the building to get their students.
Please remain in your vehicle during drop off and pick up unless you are helping to buckle your child into their seats. times
Staff will bring an iPad for you to sign in/out your child each day. You can conveniently do so from your driver's seat.
Gate closes at 9:30 AM and reopens at 3:30 PM
Late drop-off or early pick-up must occur at the Next Generation Entrance in the rear of the building. You can ring the doorbell for access.
Late Pick-Up Policy: After three occurrences of being more than 5 minutes late, a $10 fee will be charged for each additional occurrence. Payment must be made at pick-up via the online payment portal.
Families are welcome to walk their children through the space at orientations or open-house BEFORE the week their child enrolls. Tours and visits are welcome. Parents are to remain in the car at drop off once their camper is enrolled and begins to attend.
Check-In & Breakfast (7:30–8:30 AM): Campers may bring breakfast from home or enjoy “grab and go” breakfast options provided. They will have time to mix, mingle, and settle in. We understand that circumstances may arise, but we ask that campers arrive by 8:30 AM to ease the transition into the day.
Morning Engage & Motivation (Begins at 8:30 AM): A daily motivational session to gear campers up for the day
Hubs Begin at 9:00 AM
Master Classes (structured learning & enrichment)
Free Play (supervised, safe, and fun downtime)
Electives: Storytime Theater, Karate, Dance & Culinary
Electives are on a rotating schedule and campers will experience different offerings each day
Spiritual Development and relationship-building throughout
Field Trips vary weekly and include activities like:
Local pools
Parks
Library visits
Movie days
Transportation is provided for trips only
Most trips are included in tuition; minimal costs (if any) will be communicated in advance
Outdoor play area is surrounded by secure gates
Cameras in every classroom and hallway (monitored by staff). Families do not have access to direct camera feed of the classrooms.
All staff ages 18+ have completed background checks
Youth who are employed are required to provide references
Exterior doors remain locked while children are present
Internal doors to the camp area requires approved badge access
Families can bring breakfast with their camper or the camper can get "grab and go" breakfast items
Full lunch is provided
An afternoon snack is provided daily
Families may send food for their child if they prefer
Families who have campers with specialty diets will need to provide their meals as the food program with whom we partner does not offer options
No cell phones or personal electronics are allowed in order to ensure unauthorized people do not have access to campers and to help students stay engaged in the camp experience and build healthy relationships with their peers
Any devices brought must be turned in to the camp directors at drop-off and they are returned at pick-up
Parents may contact directors directly in case of emergencies via the phone numbers provided
Campers can request to call home with permission
At NO POINT shall a camper or staff member use physical violence towards each other as a form of response.
Campers must:
Be respectful to peers and staff
Follow directions
Keep hands and belongings to themselves
Bullying or repeated misbehavior may result in parent conferences or dismissal from camp
Campers must be fever-free and symptom-free for 24 hours before attending or returning to camp
Medication that must be administered during camp hours must come in its original package including all dosage and instructions. Only prescribed medications will be allowed to be administered during camp hours. It will be administered to by camp directors and/or administrators
Each shift of camp will have staff who are trained in basic first aid and CPR
Any possible medical issues will be communicated to families
Our camp and camp staff want to serve campers and families well. Please communicate any unique needs and supports that can help your camper's experience be great.
We will do our best to utilize best practices, specific techniques, and shared information throughout our camp time with them.
Do I have to be a Word Tabernacle Church member to register?
No! Camp is open to the entire community.
How do I pay?
Online only — no in-person payments.
Is transportation available?
Only for field trips, not daily pick-up or drop-off.
Are there family discounts?
No. Prices are already set as low as possible to provide high-quality care.
Are scholarships available?
Not formally. Contact program administrators for hardship situations.
Can I register the same day?
Yes — register and pay the same day and your child can begin immediately.
Is food included?
Yes — Grab and go breakfast, lunch, and snack. You may send food if you wish.
How are staff vetted?
All adult staff are background-checked. Youth staff submit references.
What’s the security like?
Locked doors, camera surveillance, trained staff, and a gated campus.
What will campers do?
Have fun! With electives, hub classes, academic enrichment, free play, and spiritual engagement.
Who can attend?
Children entering Kindergarten through those entering 6th grade.
Is there a registration deadline?
No — enrollment is continuous.
