The Group hard at work on one of our monthly projects
Rogues gallery - portraits of some of the group members - welcome to new member Liz.
One of Carolyn's beautiful seascape scenes - this as her contribution to our project on wild seas a few weeks ago.
The Wood Street Village Art Group was established more than 20 years ago. We meet every Friday from 1000-1200 in St Alban's Church Hall.
If you are interested in drawing and painting, in any medium and at any level, you would be very welcome to join us.
We are an informal and friendly group - we share our painting ideas with each other - enjoy a good chat with fellow artists over coffee in the breaks. We generally work on our own art projects but, on occasion have a project that we all work on.
Our costs are minimal and cover the hire of the hall and cost of refreshments - circa £2 a week.
If you think that you might be interested in joining us, please do pop along one Friday morning to see what we are doing. If you would like to join us, we offer two free sessions to make your mind up
Please contact via email if you have any questions at: Woodstreetvillageart@gmail.com
