During the 2024 eclipse our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Wood Spring campground. We (including the kiddos) can’t speak highly enough of the experience! From the moment we finished setting up camp there was a sense of warmth and hospitality from the members, making us feel instantly welcome and at ease. Between the beautiful view and general ambiance of the woodland creatures- our stay at Wood Spring provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, even if it was just for a weekend. But what truly made this place memorable for us was the sense of community in the grounds. There was a genuine camaraderie between everyone (members and hip campers alike) that made it so easy to interact with each other unlike any other campground we’ve previously stayed in. Whether you’re a seasoned camper or a newbie, we wholeheartedly recommend this campsite and are certain you’ll find everything you need for a memorable and enjoyable stay. Wood Spring truly exceeded all of our expectations! We will certainly be back, see you guys again this summer! :)     ~Alexis
