Each year, the Woodberry Forest Neighborhood Association asks neighbors to contribute $50 per address to help support the association's events and community's needs. Even though this $50 contribution is voluntary, by contributing, each resident plays a vital role in preserving and enhancing the community we all call home. These funds allow us to maintain our entrance monuments, host beloved community events, and explore new improvements that benefit everyone. Your dues not only help us keep the neighborhood looking its best, but they also foster a sense of pride, safety, and connection among neighbors.
We ask neighbors to pay their dues for the upcoming year at our Annual Meeting & Fall BBQ event or by January 31st of each year; however, dues will still be collected throughout the year to best fit the financial needs of our residents.
Please refer to the bottom of this page for how you can make your $50 contribution.
