"I am a proud mother of four wonderful children and have spent the past 10 years working as a private nanny. What inspired me to open my own childcare business was a difficult experience with my youngest daughter’s daycare. She was singled out and made fun of by her caregivers, and it broke my heart. I couldn’t stop wondering how many other children might be going through the same thing.
That moment motivated me to become a Licensed Family Child Care Provider and create a place where children feel truly safe, valued, and loved. My goal is to provide a clean, nurturing environment where every child is respected and celebrated for who they are. I want each child in my care to feel comfortable, confident, and at home—like this is their second family."

"I am Jacqueline’s daughter, 21 years old, with six years of daycare experience. I’ve learned my mother’s childcare techniques and continue to grow by attending monthly trainings and courses. As a Pre-Med senior at Rutgers University, I’ve studied psychology, child behavior, and common illnesses. I am also trained by Rutgers in caring for children with asthma and diabetes.
Along with helping in childcare, I manage our online content and website, ensuring our passion and dedication shine through. I constantly look for ways to improve—whether it’s adding new activities, updating our playroom, or listening to parents’ feedback. I especially love working with infants, and being part of this business has strengthened my dream of becoming a pediatrician."
Ms. Idtza C. (Provider Assistant)

Education- Bachelor's Degree
Accountant/Business Administration
Certifications: First Aid & CPR
"I am the oldest daughter and a proud mother of 2 kids. I have six years of daycare experience and was fortunate to learn childcare directly from my mother, Jacqueline, whose techniques and dedication have inspired me. I worked full-time in our daycare for four years, and now, while working part-time as an accountant, I continue to assist with childcare whenever I can.
I truly love our family business, the children we care for, and the opportunity to work alongside my mom and sister, Idaly. It’s rewarding to be part of their journey, and I’m grateful to contribute to a place that feels like home for every child."
