Understanding your body to gain better control of your health & wellness through lifestyle changes, tailored to fit your specific needs. How to use a menstrual cup, tracking/charting your cycle, education on how foods, products & environmental factors play into the menstrual cycle, brainstorming questions to take to your doctor, guiding your child through their first period, sexual & reproductive education beyond what you were taught in health class $35 for one hour or $60 for two hours.

My goal as your doula is to provide emotional & physical support for you & your partner. Through prenatal appointments, I like to provide resources to guide you through pregnancy & help you prepare for your upcoming birth. During your labor & birth, I will be an important member of your support team. Services include: Emotional, physical & educational support, 24/7 phone/text support, 3 prenatal visits, facilitating your birth vision, comfort measures, & over all support. The postpartum period is a very special time, deserving of a sensitive approach. As your postpartum doula I will focus on the needs of both you & your newborn. I offer practical assistance as well as emotional support, enabling a faster recovery & increased confidence in meeting the challenges of parenthood. Services include: Infant feeding support, basic household tasks, assistance with healing after birth, help with baby care, meal preparation, & so much more. Fee for Postpartum Support is $40 an hour Daytime & $55 an hour evening/ overnight. Sliding scale available.
