Fight-Fit Classes
The fight-fit classes focus on enhancing your fitness while incorporating boxing and MMA techniques into each session. Our experienced trainers use circuit training and compound exercises to develop skills and increase strength and endurance. Men's and ladies combined classes.

Tuesday - Friday: 5 am & 5 pm

Boot camp
The boot camp classes combine circuits of intense exercise. Work out at your own pace and push your limits!

Little Warriors Classes
Suited for kids 3-6 years old. These classes have no hard contact and teach the basics of the various MMA techniques, while enhancing holistic development of each child.

Kids' Anti-Bullying Classes
Suited for kids 7-16 years old. These classes have no hard contact and teach the basics of self-defence while increasing self-discipline, fitness levels, and confidence.

MMA Classes
MMA classes for experienced athletes or athletes wanting to compete. Classes are focused on skill development and technique.

Full access and independent use of the facility and equipment during operation hours (no trainer).
