The fight-fit classes focus on enhancing your fitness while incorporating boxing and MMA techniques into each session. Our experienced trainers use circuit training and compound exercises to develop skills and increase strength and endurance. Men's and ladies combined classes.
Tuesday & Thursday: 6pm - 7pm
Wednesday & Friday: 5am - 6am
4 classes per week
Ladies boxing and fitness classes are designed to empower women of all fitness levels, providing a supportive and motivating environment to reach your goals.
Monday & Wednesday: 5.30pm - 6.30pm
2 classes per week
These classes have no hard contact and teach the basics of the various MMA techniques, while enhancing holistic development of each child.
Saturday: 8.30am - 9.00am
1 class per week
MMA classes for experienced athletes or athletes wanting to compete. Classes are focused on skill development and technique.
Full access and independent use of the facility and equipment during operation hours (no trainer).
