Do I have to compete in both Show Jumping and Dressage?
No, Show jumping and Dressage / Western Dressage are two seperate rallys in one weekend. We encourage riders to particpate in both to get the most out of the experience.
Is this a qualifying rally?
Yes. Both Show Jumping and Dressage are being run as overnight standard rallys. If you meet the requirements you can qualify for champs.
Can I bring a different horse to each rally?
Yes you can bring a different horse for show jumping and dressage however stall space may be limited. Overflow stall availability is not guarenteed at this point.

How do I submit my Coggins & Rabies?
Email all coggins (year 2022 or 2023) and rabies (year 2023) to: eastauroraponyclub@gmail.com. All coggins and rabies must be received prior to May 15th for entry into the show grounds.
How do I know what I will be riding?
All divisions are outlined on the main page. All competitors must pick the division they'd like to ride, fence heights and / or dressage tests are outlined per division.
Who do I submit my musical freestyle to?
All musical freestyle music must be emailed to juliejordan8175@gmail.com in a format playable by an iphone. Emails are due by May 15th. No discs are accepted.
Are there forms I have to fill out?
Yes! Please fill out the google forms on this website. In order for the rally to run smoothly we must have gthese forms filled out when you register.
Required forms are:
Chaperone Forms (emergency contact forms for senior competitors).
Coaches Forms (required for Show Jumping, recommended for Dressage).
Volunteer Forms (for each rally).
Do I have to provide a volunteer?
Yes! We are unable to run the Mega Rally without volunteers. Teams are required to submit "at least" ONE volunteer PER rally. Please utilize the volunteer forms. Teams are not considered registered without the volunteer information. There are plenty of non-horsey volunteering positions so don't worry about experience.
Do I have to arrive the night before?
Yes. This is being run as an overnight rally which means jog outs are the night before. You must also follow the rule for overnight rallys as stated in the rulebooks.

Are there different age divisions?
Yes. Both Show juming and Dressage will have Senior (18 and over ) and Junior divisons (17 and under) divisions. Juniors on teams with Seniors must submit the required forms per USPC guidelines. Divisions awards will be seperated.
Will food be provided?
There is a pizza and icecream party for $10 per person on Friday night. Competitors eat for free- just bring your pizza party ticket from your registration packet.
Breakfast will be for sale on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Lunch will be provided to competitors and officials for free. Spectators may purchase breakfast and lunch from the concession stand. SATURDAY NIGHT DINNER IS NOT PROVIDED!!
CASH is required for all transactions.
What attire is required?
Formal attire is required. Refer to the USPC rulebooks for attire guidelines for all phases of competition (riding, jogs, etc.). Exception for SJ non-qualifying riders- may wear collared shirt and light colored johds/breeches. Dark pants are no longer allowed per the rule book.
When rally is over can I just leave?
No! Stalls must be picked clean (all manure , hay and wet removed) and checked prior to leaving. All tack stalls must be cleaned and swept and aisles cleaned and swept. Teams will be charged for any cleaning left. Trailer parking areas must be clean as well (no manure / hay left). Leave the grounds "better" than found!
