CHURNET VALLEY RAILWAY WALK I walk some of the Churnet Valley Railway walk as return walks from walking the Staffordshire Way
IRONBRIDGE TO COALPORT BRIDGE CIRCULAR WALK The first half of this walk follows part of the old Severn Valley Line from Ironbridge to Coalport Bridge passing through the Ironbridge Gorge and alongside the River Severn. There are plenty of old railway relics to spot on this walk.
THE HARBORNE RAILWAY WALK Following the route of the old Harborne Line from the Birmingham Mainline Canal near the Soho Loop, and on through Summerfield Park picking up the walk passing under Hagley Road and out to Harborne.
THE McCLEAN WAY Following the old South Staffordshire Railway Line between Walsall and Lichfield, The McClean Way begins just outside of Walsall town centre at Mill Lane Nature Reserve and runs to the A5 Watling Street, via Pelsall and Brownhills, carrying National Cycle Route 5 along part of its way and passing the iconic Brownhills Miner sculpture.
THE MIDLAND METRO ROUTE A walk/cycleway that follows part of the Midland Metro Line One Route, from Black Lake to the Hawthorns via West Bromwich. The Metro Line runs along an old railway line that was bought back to life by the tram network. An urban walk with good footpaths.
THE MONSAL TRAIL A walk/cycleway that runs through the scenic Peak District. A walk with tunnels, rivers, bridges, viaducts.
THE SOUTH STAFFORDSHIRE RAILWAY WALK A walk/cycleway that follows the old Wombourne Branch Railway Line. Incorporating Smestow Valley Nature Reserve and The Pensnett/Kingswinford Railway Walk.
THE STAFFORD TO NEWPORT GREENWAY A walk/cycleway that follows part of the old railway line from Stafford to Shrewsbury. The walk runs from Stafford to Newport.
