At FlavorBook – Meal Planner, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inspiring space for food lovers, home chefs, and creators. These Community Guidelines outline what is and isn’t acceptable when using our app.
1. Respectful Content
Do not post recipes, meal plans, comments, or images containing hate speech, threats, harassment, or discrimination of any kind.
Avoid offensive language or inappropriate photos when uploading meal images, notes, or comments.
Respect cultural diversity in food — our community celebrates different cuisines and traditions.
2. Authentic Recipes & Contributions
Share only genuine recipes, meal plans, or food-related content created or adapted by you.
Do not copy, plagiarize, or misrepresent recipes from others without credit.
Avoid uploading misleading nutritional information or false cooking instructions.
3. No Harmful or Illegal Content
You must not use the app to promote illegal activities, spam, or scams.
Do not share recipes or tips that encourage dangerous, unsafe, or harmful cooking practices.
Distribution of copyrighted cookbooks, pirated content, or stolen media is strictly prohibited.
4. Fair Use of AI & App Features
Our AI recipe and meal planning tools are designed to assist, not replace, your judgment. Always review generated content before using or sharing.
Do not exploit or misuse AI features to generate irrelevant, offensive, or non-food-related content.
Respect the intended purpose of recipe finder, meal planner, and recipe book features.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Do not share personal, private, or confidential information about others without consent.
Respect the privacy of other users and comply with data protection laws.
Avoid posting sensitive information (e.g., personal addresses, phone numbers) in recipe notes or comments.
6. Account & Usage Integrity
Do not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app’s services or APIs.
Avoid using bots, scripts, or automated tools to scrape or misuse recipes and data.
Each account is for individual use — do not create fake profiles or impersonate others.
Violations
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in:
Warning notifications.
Temporary suspension of your account.
Permanent ban or removal of access to the app.
