If I have the power to change, I am going to ().
A. change the world / B. change myself
Welcome to my inner world – a liminal space.
An advocater of work-life balance.

Please help yourself navigate the interesting (or boring?) topics below.
P.S. The links on the left are purely for entertainment. I hardly hardly post any formal (work or study related) materials there.
In addition to my legal name 王梦琦(Mengqi Wang) and English name Jack, I am also known as ヒカリ(Hikari), which means "light" or "sunlight" in Japanese. ヒカリ(Hikari) is more often a female name, with its masculine version as ヒカル(Hikaru). I selected ヒカリ(Hikari) as my Japanese name when I was a middle school student, to reflect the fact that my legal name in Chinese is misleading others in the same way all the time.
Back in middle school and high school, my roommates were excited to know that they were going to live with someone called "Mengqi Wang" for the upcoming terms. It did not take long before they disappointingly found out that, neither cute nor pretty, that "Mengqi Wang" was not even a girl. Meanwhile, I do like my legal name. It is not common for a male, so it is good, so as ヒカリ(Hikari).
I enjoy learning different languages and talking to people all over the world. I believe getting access to a new language is equivalent to opening a new door, it helps understand the world.

No game, no life. Gaming is a huge part of my daily life. Using Bartle's taxonomy (see the right), I am pretty close to a pure Achiever, with a little bit of Explorer and then Killer, almost nothing from Socialiser.
Previously I enjoyed playing against others in racing/fighting/card games competitively, meanwhile I have hardly enjoyed cooperative plays in my life. Nevertheless, now I am retired from any multiplayer games, neither cooperative nor competitive. That said, singleplayer only, for challenges and achievements.
This is a large topic, and more details here.
Although sporting to me is not as huge as gaming, I enjoy doing regular exercises and watching football (the British one). Similar to games, I no longer do any multiplayer sports now, as I think they are simply boring. That said, solo aerobic exercises like jogging, cycling and mountain climbing are the answers. Being a big fan of statistics, I usually record the time and speed in every training.
This is not a large topic, but more details here.

The following were inspired by a Japanese YouTuber called もこう(Mokou). Although I am no longer his fan, his videos and ideas brightened my life a lot during my darkest period.

Self-proclaimed INTJ-A. I am a big fan of identifying MBTI for both real people and fictional characters, based on appearances, actions and habits. All models are wrong, but some are useful – MBTI to me is a useful classification model to help me make decisions.
