The Woodland Meadows PTA brings families and staff together to support our students and make our school community stronger. Throughout the year, we raise funds, organize events, support teachers, and create opportunities that make a difference in our kids’ school experience.
YOUR PTA SUPPORTS:
📚 Literacy resources, birthday books, and classroom stipends
📖 Assemblies, author visits, and enrichment programs
🚌 Field trip transportation
🎉 Community events including Gingerbread House Night, Pajamas & Pancakes, and Bingo & Books
💛 Staff appreciation and special school activities
📝 First-day folders, third-grade planners, cursive books, and more
PTA membership is just $10 per person and is open to all parents, guardians, family members, and friends of Woodland Meadows students. You can be as involved as you’d like. Membership does not require you to volunteer or attend meetings, it’s simply a way to show your support for our school and students. When families and schools work together, our students benefit. Join the PTA, volunteer when you can, share your ideas, or simply show your support. Together, we can make a big impact on the Woodland Meadows community!

You do NOT need to be a PTA Board member to attend our meetings. All Woodland Meadows parents and family members are welcome, and encouraged, to join us whenever possible. Meetings are a great way to learn what’s happening, share ideas, hear about upcoming events, and find ways to get involved.
Want to do more? We’d love your help! Our events and programs simply wouldn’t happen without parent volunteers. We offer a wide range of opportunities to get involved — whether you have just an hour or more to give. Be sure to check the PTA Points newsletter each Wednesday for the latest volunteer opportunities and ways to make a difference at Woodland Meadows. Your time and energy help make our school an even better place for students and families!
Effective July 1, 2021, to ensure the safety of our students, Saline Area Schools will be using the RAPTOR visitor and volunteer management system. All visitors during school hours and/or volunteers with one of our school-sponsored organizations or events will have their background checked.
RAPTOR kiosks have been installed at each school building. Visitors and/or volunteers must participate in the following upon arrival:
Present a government-issued identification (examples would include a valid drivers license, a military issued ID, a Mexican consulate ID, or a passport ID)
Your ID will be scanned
Once scanned, the visitor or volunteer will be permitted to proceed.
Questions about the procedures can be answered at the office of the building you wish to visit or volunteer in. Student safety is our first priority, your cooperation is sincerely appreciated.
