11/7/2026 電腦華語文能力測驗 TOCFL Computerized Adaptive Test 

Examinees who pass the test will receive a Chinese Proficiency Certificate as a credential for the following:

• Applying for the Seal of Biliteracy from the Maryland State Department of Education and the Virginia Department of Education.

• Becoming eligible for the “Taiwan Scholarship” and “Ministry of Education Huayu Enrichment Scholarship” sponsored by Taiwan’s government for studying in Taiwan.

• Qualifying for admission to academic programs at colleges or universities in Taiwan.

• Serving as verification of Chinese language proficiency for employers.

• Providing an incentive to those who are interested in learning Chinese.

• 日期時間 Date/Time: Saturday, 11/7/2026 9:30 A.M. - 5:30 P.M.

    Check-in:    9:30 A.M. & 12:30 P.M.

    Test:          10:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M. Listening & Reading

                       1:00 PM - 5:30 PM Speaking & Writing

• 地點 George Mason University  (Address: Horizon Hall, Room #5008, 4475 Aquia Creek Ln, Fairfax, VA 22030)

*After your registration is completed, a confirmation of admission will be notified via email with the location information of your test classroom.

• 費用 Fees: 

    •   Listening & Reading with a test fee of $23 

    •   Speaking & Writing with a test fee of $45 

    •   Both Listening & Reading and Speaking & Writing with a test fee of $68

* Seats are limited. Registration will close on 9/6/26 or earlier if all seats are filled.
