Noelle has been participating in Color Guard since her freshman year of high school. Throughout her 8 years as a performer, she performed with scholastic and independent groups. While in college, she served as Christopher Newport University's Color Guard choreographer for three years. With 10+ years of experience, Noelle is well equipt to help students learn and understand Color Guard basics and Choreography.

Noelle's favorite thing about being a part of WL's Color Guard staff is her students- they manage to out perform her expectations almost every day.

Charlotte began her Color Guard journey in high school and went on to serve as the Shepherd University Color Guard captain. Additionally, Charlotte has competed in the highest level of Color Guard while performing with Jersey Surf and the Boston Crusaders against other Drum Corps International units. Her coaching career started in 2013 prior to her joining W-L's staff in 2019.

Charlotte's main instructional focus is to teach students how to dance and how to better implement movement with their equipment. Her favorite thing about be a part of our staff is seeing students gain confidence and grow through performance.
