HOW IT WORKS

Once you fill out our application form, your child will be matched with one of our tutors.  We will match tutors with students based on tutors' areas of expertise and the subjects your child requires the most help in.  We will also try to match your availability with our tutors' schedules.

Then we will contact you via phone or email (whichever you provide in the application) to introduce you to your tutor and set up a date and time for your first session.  Once the session is finalized, we will send you a zoom link for you  to access to log onto your session at the appropriate time.

If you and your child enjoy the session, then you can schedule another session with your tutor but there is absolutely no pressure to continue if you find that our services are not right for you and your child.  If you have any issues with your specific tutor, you are also welcome to reach out to us via email at wjstudentutors@gmail.com to request a different tutor.
