Ways you Can help

Join the PIT Crew!

Help out with moving props and equipment on and off the field during the actual competition show.  Gurantees free entry into the competition venue and a "front-row" seat at the WJP Marching Band performances!

When:  Gather at Booster Hospitality area about 45 minutes before time of performance/Football half-time show

Who:  Anyone who wants to support the Band!

Find the WJP Band Booster group on the BAND App for schedule updates, dates and times!  

Help out With Hospitality!

Who:  Anyone who is able to be at the competition venues OR donate via the Sign Up Genius links that will come out before each competition

What:  Morning set up of tents, benches, water and snack stations; Help serve meals at competitions; Afternoon tear down & pack up; OR donations!
